I have an iMate PDA2K EVDO is there software for Windows Mobile Smartphone edition that will allow me to send MMS over CDMA. I spoke to iMate and they said that you can only send them over GSM, but talking to Telstra (my network provider) and doing my own research it seems you can.

Welcome to Geekzone. There isn't such a software.

By the way, when buying software for your device you have to look for Pocket PC software, not Smartphone.

There are differences between those two types of devices (read more about Windows Mobile Pocket PC Phone Edition is not the same as Windows Mobile Smartphone).
