Being a TiVo fan I have several TiVos & the home network package. More recently & going back for over many months I am having numerous faults with the Genie remote programing not working in several ways. I am on the "Waikato" setting. TiVo support have been unable to sort the problem and have indirectly indicated they have received other reports of TiVo Genie issues within NZ. I would be interested to here of other problems people are having & any resolution (if any).  Thanks.

I can confirm it is broken and produces your error, so guessing it applies to most or all of NZ. A pity these companies don't update their status page if they are aware of the problem, as it would save customers a lot of time.
