I've just noticed that my 2x Tivos are reporting "Failed  S02 error" on the Network page under the "Last status" heading. This also showed on a newly modded Tivo I'm working on now. It must have just happened as we still have 7x days of EPG data.  Has anyone else seen this? I'll get onto the EPG guys if this is happening elsewhere.

Mine connected OK with no errors  but the EPG from Sunday is pretty blank.

Mine appears to have done it too and had a failed attempt to connect but just tried again and it was successful.

And an update - the second TiVo took several tries before it finally succeeded.

And you're right - no programming past Sunday anyway. I'm trying a restart.

Yes, it seems there's no program data beyond this coming Saturday. Connecting to the server is successful,  and download sometimes works without error, and sometimes with an Error S02 but still no data beyond this Saturday. A newly modified Tivo cannot complete guided setup currently because of the S02 error. Hopefully this will be sorted in the next few days.

Restart didn't change anything. We await events with interest! (Times like this I wish my husband, the original Maxcat Geek Forum member, was still alive!)

Our wonderful guys down south were able to resolve this tonight, so all Tivos should be connecting without error now and topping up the guide. This happened as a result of a dud Debian update. 😀

I've no clue what that is but big ups to the guys for fixing this! Mine are slowly updating themselves now. 😍

Mmm just checked. Programme info now ends next Thursday after updating. Is there still an error?

With today being Thursday, if you have data until NEXT Thursday, you're back on track. The problem has been resolved.

When the problem was happening, your EPG would have been empty after this coming Saturday.

Thanks for that! Yes I wondered if that was as far as it was supposed to go. (Getting used to fixing everything technical that has packed up since Maxcat's death)

Some of you may have noticed that data was only updating until this coming Wednesday. I've passed on details, and it appears we're back on track with data covering 7-8 days as usual. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
