Has anyone else had intermittent audio drop out with the Tivo?

It  can happen when selecting a list program to watch. That program will start playing with no audio. From memory it can sometimes happen when going to guide and selecting program too.

The only way I've found of getting audio back is switching between Guide and other List programs until the audio comes back on playback. In rare cases a re-boot is necessary.
