First let me preface - I know I'm doing something wrong - I usually do!
I get the "A lineup change has occurred" every day like the other post here. then it just reinstates the channels it had deleted and I clear the message and all is good.
BUT - over the past few months on more than 2 occasions + this morning again.
TiVo completely deleted the entire channel lineup (except for maybe Shine and the Vs - Ch25, & 40 -46) and told me to re scan for all channels. Which I did
Now the "... of Death " part of the post:
The monster then completely wiped all my (about 50) season passes!
It then takes ages
to find and re assign all my season passes and many are missed! And weeks of enduring kids and wife complaining of wheres my program!?
I've tried to contact TiVo no luck - am trying again.
Info:
I usually get 2 frequencies per channel - I deselect the worst.
The higher frequency is usually the best signal strength (over 80)
The lower about 60 - not sure the implications of this if any.
We never have any other issues apart from every morning the standard message and occasionally the Death message
HELP ANYONE - I get in trouble enough at home - I don't any more help from a 2 year old purchase mistake.
