We have discovered that the holes have been cut too large for the downlighters in a new home build, and we have to choose some new ones. The previous ones were a new model that had recently been released by  Halcyon at https://www.halcyonlights.co.nz/products/interior-lighting/downlights/residential-tilt/smart-tilt-classic-series-11/ , which were 900 lumin, that tilted, and were brushed chrome, with 50,000 L70 life, IC,  and they looked nice. The hole that cut was 90, when they should have cut a 82, so they don't fit. Does anyone have any suggestions of tilt lights of this size that will go into a 90 hole?. We want something that is a good quality brand and reliable, as they are in high ceilings. At the moment we have found this brand https://www.switch-lighting.co.nz/product/d-lightz-tilt-prismatic-diffuser/ , but it is silver, and doesn't look quite as good IMO as the Halcyon, but they aren't bad. It isn't quite as powerful, 800 vs 900 lumins, but they have said that changing the beam angle from 60 to 40 degrees would increase the lux  further away from the light source, as the ceilings are high. Would be interested in what others maybe using for pivot lights, or anyone has any recommendations on brands, as LED technology is changing so fast. Most seem to only come in white or black these days.
