There are some not so great looking electrical supply wires coming into mine and my neighbours house and a rusty looking part that is holding the service line in place.

I would like someone to fix these up but unsure what they are called, sure anyone giving me a quote will be able to tell me but would be nice to know myself in advance!

I think there are just 2 parts but maybe one of these consists are 2 parts?
