I need to replace a shower hose which seems to have sprung a leak. T'internet seems to suggest these have "universal" (1/2 inch) sizes but I know how my luck typically rolls when the water is off. Can anyone confirm/deny this?

The shower head is branded Felton. Nothing on the hose.
