FlyingPete: Yeah it was painted shut, got that off, the screw on right side is unusual, still haven't got anything to move it, it is a two pronged head, to big for any of my current screw driver heads and my long nose pliers won't reach in.
FlyingPete: Powerboard is around the other side of house, the single cable coming out of ground conduit is a black round cable of around 5mm in diameter. Having a look on other side of box under house is next on to do list if I can't get it open.
