Hi Team

This bathroom needs an extractor fan to reduce the amount of mould accumulating.  The house is likely to be demolished and the land redeveloped in the next few years so a big investment in this solution is not planned.  I thought I'd be able to find a wall extractor fan with built in light but these seem to be like hens teeth.  There is a single three core cable running from the switch by the door on the other side of the room.  There is no ceiling cavity.

I'd love some suggestions!

Have you considered separate extractor and a light? Shouldn't be difficult to wire up.

I assume it's a shower over bath, so a shower dome won't work?

Correct re the shower over bath.

I was hoping to get an all-in-one unit but they just don't seem to be a thing.  Will just have to go with separate units unless someone pulls a rabbit out of a hat. :)

Could you just get an oven style extractor fan with light (unless you need to light the whole room not just the sink
