I am using a test account so I can try the Google Chromecast app later.

I tried playing a movie on Chrome and Internet explorer, on a Windows 8 laptop and Windows 7 HTPC (both connected via Vodafone cable) and a Windows 7 machine (connected via Snap DSL).

After going back three times on a sequence of "Opening... Individualizing..." messages I get this:



Any ideas, before I go back to Quickflix? Perhaps linked to my test account?

Suggest delete silverlight and reinstall. I had same problem and that was the answer - hope that helps
