Hoping you may have ideas for me.

We currently have MySky via Vodafone (formerly TelstraClear).  I would love to discontinue using Sky as I find the price day light robbery, but...

My husband watches sport a lot
My kids love Cartoon Network 
I love a few Living Channel programmes and the odd thing on TV3
We record (MySky) almost all of what we watch and we really don't watch a lot.


It would be great to reduce our spend and have more flexibility through streaming what we do watch.

What are our other options?  Is this possible? How do we do it.
