I keep having problems with streaming shows on TVNZ OD on my Samsung TV. First off I have to sit through the ad and sometimes the next part of the programme won't load after the ads. Then I have to go back to the beginning and re-watch the same ads.

It also takes a lot longer to buffer a programme (meaning soft worse than VHS quality images before it settles) than say streaming on Netflix.

Is this a Samsung app issue or a TVNZ OD issue?

Is the TV connected to the modem via Ethernet or Wi-Fi? Also you don't mention what type of internet connection you have

Also, does it work better if you access the App through FreeviewPlus (Green button?) than the Samsung Store App?
