The District Court has now ruled in favour of Sky TV in the Fibre TV case, saying the company was breaking the Copyright Act by selling Kodi boxes with pre-installed add-ons that enabled access to copyright content.

That would be preloaded kodi boxes. Not the clean ones.  A workaround could be to just sell them unloaded and include a pretty guide on how to install addons.
