I am trying to set up spark sport And it has been a nightmare I have been on to the help desk but they seem to out of it.  I am running AMD 4300 quad core with 8 g of ram and 64 bit with a 2g R7360 graphics

When I log in all that happens is the white text goes a light grey and nothing happens

Try google chrome, a number of VOD services I find do not play well with Firefox.

SkyGo was one I found the other night - although that’s using flash. I’ll give Spark sport a go on my pc a little later tonight and report back.

Windows 10, Firefox 68.0.1 - Working fine for me (I don't have an active sub, just the RWC - so that's all I could test, sorry!)

Are you using your ISP's DNS or some other DNS?

I have exactly the same problem with Firefox on my laptop with all tracker, third-party and ad blocking off and using ISP DNS.  On the other hand, my desktop Firefox with all blocking enabled works perfectly.  Confused of Rangiora!

Spark DNS

I went to help and spoke to a rep and he said he could log in no problems so he set up my spark sport but nothing has changed
This is the third time I have spoken to spark sport and I dont think they know much about it
In my opinion spark help desk itself wants to distance itself from it. I asked spark about it and they said talk to spark sport

As soon as I log in the white text  at the top goes light grey and I cant get any response from any links or have any control over what happens, and the 7 day free trial link has a big cross on it, I have disabled all ad blockers and no change

Open an incognito tab and try again.

Ctrl-Shift-N

If it works, it is most certainly add blockers/popup blocks

Can you provide a screenshot of what your getting?

It does sound browser related sadly. but i'd be interested in what's not loading.

a screenshot of the Network tab (ctrl + Shift + I ) would be handy to see what's failing for you too.

As it's not a network issue, it does need to go to spark sport, It's a very different team that handles the spark sport side of things so our normal front line agents aren't as up to it on existing issues etc.

It's not about distancing spark from it at all, but simply putting the call to the right folk who know what they are talking about :)

You were asked for a screenshot of the network tab.
