Hi Everyone,
I'm currently a subscriber to Apple Music. I've heard that Spotify plans to offer streaming Audiobooks to their premium subscription. Is this happening in NZ yet? If so, anyone got any comments...availability, restrictions etc.
Thanks

According to this article its only available in the UK and Australia for now with plans to introduce it to the US later this year. No timeline for NZ published as far as I can see at this point.
Spotify Premium Will Include Instant Access to 150,000+ Audiobooks — Spotify
I see its also limited to only 15 hours per month of listening and only available to the plan manager if on a family/duo plan. Most audio books I've listened to are anywhere from 11-18 hours when played at normal speed so you'll only get 1 book per month. Sounds like a nice perk for premium subscribers but not a direct replacement for a dedicated audiobook platform like Audible etc...

150K books seems impressive, but I did a search for 5 books I wanted to listen to and not one of them was present.
