Has anyone else using Panasonic TV with My home screen 3.0  had problems recently with built in apps ? Every app I try to use comes up with error saying

I need to be connected to the internet to use , If i look at the network status it says I am connected . I have tried both wired and wireless .

Not sure if its a Panasonic server issue

Sadly over time, most built-in apps stop working. How recent is the tv? Google implies about 5 years old as 3.0 was the 2018 release. Moving to say a Chromecast or Apple Tv may be needed. My older Panny tvs all no longer have working apps. It may start working again with a reset but I would suggest thinking about moving to a newer UI. Chromecast with Google TV made my Panny Plasma very happy. The HD model is only $69 so not expensive and unless the TV is 4k is all you need.

My Panasonic OLED had a similar issue. I deleted the network connection from the tv and tried again and it started working again. Hasn't happened since. Try that and see how it goes for you.

Thanks for suggestions . Restarted the router and all is working again , probably should have done that in the beginning . Have been thinking about going with 4K Google TV Chromecast but was trying to keep things family friendly and it seems you cant have a tidy home screen without all the junk .

I've got the SmartVu SV11 and like that I can use its remote to turn the TV on and off and adjust volume (within a range) from the one remote.  While not perfect, it's pretty good and has Chromecast built in  SV11 (smartvu.co.nz)
