Dynamic:I suggest doing your own research.
In Internet terms "DYOR" pretty much means "read conspiracy theories on Facebook". Getting pedantic, unless you happen to have both a basement and a large fully-staffed biomedical research facility contained in it, no-one can actually DYOR. A better response if you specifically want to direct people to medical data would be "recent results from the NEJM/Lancet/Cochrane/etc show that x weeks is more effective than y weeks", but that's often not very useful unless they're used to reading research publications.
In particular, the interval effectiveness varies among vaccines and which Covid variant you're looking at so be careful which vaccine and variant you're getting info for, but for Pfizer and Delta various results show that the longer the interval, the higher the antibody response. However, balancing that out, two shots at any interval beyond about three weeks is better than a single shot while waiting for a long interval to pass. So I'd say if you're outside Auckland you can wait out the longer interval, if you're inside Auckland and not at much risk you can probably wait, and if you're in a high-risk position you may want to go for the second jab at three weeks.
