I've seen numerous at-home pyramid facial care mums advertising like this tonight. (Pictured is an Auckland retail/salon - a Member of the NZ registered Beauty therapist)
'Beauty products: such as makeup' are exclusively mentioned as not essential. And when I pointed out how stupid that was - Reply - But it's moisturiser, not makeup - which is (the image I hauled them up on said "Exfoliating is essential" and advertised this at home Social Media sales)
https://www.business.govt.nz/covid-19/operating-at-alert-levels/
medicinal and hygiene products: such as medication, PPE, first aid products, soaps, shampoos, moisturisers and hand sanitisers
I read above, as one is to compliment the other. Dry alcohol hands vs moisturise. And people at home should not be out and about, or getting a already over-run/under the pump courier around for it.
It is not farking essential. There's no reason to go out to collect crap like that.
And I agree. Not one other on the person I shot down does. Because, you know 'it's not hurting you' And 'Supporting local businesses is a good thing Karen'
Someone else has supported citing they were given the all clear to sell Sunscreen and Moisturiser as is essential.
I can see it now.
"buy this 10ml Moisturizer for $45 and I throw in this FREE 300ml facial scrub"
Ironically it appears the NZ Association of Registered Beauty Therapists has still got the we can't trade until lvl2 as standard info up. But these rogues are all over contactless sales Right now.
