Just wonderning if those two peptides are legal to order from US.

Google says no. Prescription only
Doing your best is much more important than being the best.
Its not simple as if prescriptions only, for exemple Melatonin is also prescription only but you can easily get it from iherb without customs asking for any documents.
Depends if customs looks at it, if they notice it they will ask
New user asking in effect how to import medicines...
Sport nz contacted ministry of health about peptides also noticing they are banded under WADA and or have limited safety information.

"GHRH and Ghrelin mimicking substances appear to act on the pituitary gland mediating growth hormone. As these substances cause GH release from the pituitary, they are captured under the hypothalamic releasing factors regulatory entry (in Schedule I of the Medicines Regulations)."
Not sure I want to fiddle with my pituitary axis

CJC 1295 and ipamorelin are both clearly identified as prescription only medicines in Schedule 1 of the Medicines Regulations 1984 and section 43 of the Medicines Act 1981 makes it an offence to import prescription only medicines without reasonable excuse. So, as Bee has already stated, the answer to your question is 'no' - unless you either have a valid excuse as set out in s43 or you are licensed to make such imports. Also, as Becarra has alluded to, if it gets noticed at the border Customs will be coming to speak with you.

Melatonin has a specific rider in Schedule 1 which states:
Melatonin; except when supplied in medicines for oral use containing 3 milligrams or less per immediate release dose unit, or 2 milligrams or less per modified release dose unit, when sold in the manufacturer’s original pack that has received consent from the Minister of Health or the Director General for the treatment of primary insomnia for adults aged 55 years or older for up to 13 weeks by a registered pharmacist.
That means in the doses stated above it can be sold over the counter, by a pharmacist, without a prescription. iHerb may be recognised as a pharmacy, I'll see if I can find this out a little later this evening.
