I'm looking at maybe getting a hybrid in the future. I know about the Toyota Prius, but are there any other ones available in the market today? Trademe searches are useless, they don't even have a hybrid option.

 

Are there any others besides the Toyota? Do Mazda do them? Nissan? Volkswagen?

I test drove a Nissan eNote yesterday, what a great little car! I think I've made my mind up, definitely going to look at getting one of these. Once I got used to the controls and driving it it was really good.

 

It was a bit of a learning curve to get used to taking your foot off the accelerator and the car slows almost to a complete stop, but it was still great to drive. Very roomy and comfortable too.

 

Now if I only had $18,000... 😃
