In the process of getting an electric vehicle and want to get a EV charger installed in the garage.

Going to contact Laser Electricals tomorrow, but want some ideal of what's available and what to avoid.

My neighbour got a WallBox unit installed for his electric car - the unit is small, simple and it works. But is there anything smarter?

Thanks @scott3 for your write-up. Just wished that the previous postings on https://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=162&topicid=293309 were as simple and clear.

Having discussed home charging with my neighbour (he already has an electric vehicle and also has a WallBox). I've ordered one from the car dealer for Laser Electrical to install next week.
