Its done 90kkm. Its a 4drive auto, I believe just a standard auto not a CVT style gearbox which Im trying to avoid (DSG etc).

Its chain driven so no issue there most likely. Ive asked if he has a service log book and if its been serviced to schedule, awaiting reply.

Its in mint condition, no bumps, scrapes, scratches tears etc.

He is asking $6500, is that a fair price?

Ive looked at swifts as they also fit the bill and they cost about the same but imo the yaris is a better car. It generally gets 4-4.5/5 on most reviews.

Yip, worth running the plates in www.carjam.co.nz to check it's not stolen etc. :)

Other than that indeed, good price. Great engine the 1NZ-FE. I have an '06 Toyota Allex 1.5l. Able to merge at 60km/h pretty snappily and very maneuverable in tight situations. Still cruises at 100km/h no problem, and of course should the sh^t hit the fan parts are a dime a dozen! They're all practically interchangeable with most other models.

"... fan parts are a dime a dozen". What about other parts?

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

No its just 2wd, didnt know there was an AWD version.

It seems the Yaris gets good reviews. Better than the prior echo which was pretty popular.

Yaris, Mazda 2 (or its import) or Polo. Thats what we looking at.

What is 4drive?

I'd be guessing a 4 speed auto.

Suggest keep away from European cars: too expensive to repair.
