This one stuck out as a little interesting..

The one i'm not convinced about is the 111 contact?

Wasn't there a car recently that also had this tech that was disabled because AMS aren't ready to take it?

or have i totally misread and it's just calling 111 in dailer?

the notify your contacts sounds very suited for hammered night out, concerned family member ensuring you get home..

My reading of it is that it simply calls 111 using the phones dialer and gives your current location in the app so that you can tell the communicator? Any call from an Uber app user should trigger ECLI anyway at the Comms end so the communicator should be able to get a callers location even if they can't provide the location verbally.

Your car has seatbelts, so it must be unsafe!

The acutaully used to say that about cars, I see this as a positive move, There are a lot of creeps in this world and if some one is not feeling comfortable or worse invloved in an accident in an area they donk know, this is very helpful step.
