Scrub fire affects traffic on Auckland's State Highway 16

The scrub next to the motorway has caught on fire. It could be that it was just so hot that it burst into fire spontaneously but I'm willing to bet that some cretin tossed a cigarette out the window during a fire ban for the whole of the North Island and the longest drought Auckland has had. 🙄👍
