God it's awful.

It'll likely sell very well. For what it is.

From the blurb: " Spectre pricing will be positioned between Cullinan and Phantom".

A base Cullianan is 550K in AU, ... its pretty much a case of if you have to ask the price you can't afford it...

That is delicious, and I am always so impressed with RR's model names. I think they have the coolest names in the industry (Ghost, Wraith, Phantom, Cullinan etc.).

Just to be clear, that was sarcasm lol. I don't think even my current car (Model 3 Performance) would be enough for a deposit on this thing.

Looks very similar, if not the same, body as the current Wraith. We've seen that on the roads for a while now, I quite like the visual statement it makes. Kinda like a sporty whale. Fastback coupe the size of a boat.

The wheels lose it for me, there's no elegance in those - to me, elegance is the underlying design motif that Rolls Royce have rarely ever deviated from (Carmargue & Cullinan excepted). Now, that horrid night club interior - are those cloth seats? Surely not? Mind you, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II always insisted upon cloth seats in her vehicles. A Rolls Royce owned or used by her is easily identified by the rear upholstery.

Unless it comes with six wheels and in pink then I'm afraid it's not really up the standard I require for my automobiles.

Like the exterior but the interior is toooo garish for my taste. The roof and doors look like a 70's dance floor. It is nearly as bad as the BYD Atto 3 interior. For the cost I would hope that you can customise to your taste.

Not bad Km for an unladen 3 tonne vehicle.

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

You left out the panoramic roof.

Crunching through the range and efficiency numbers gives a battery size in the region of 111kWh.

For those wondering where the charge port is, on the LHD car (only one shown so far, it is on the Right hand side behind the rear axle).

The Kerb weight of this car (2975 kg), does highlight a potential issue for future Rolls Royce electric models. Once you add in say 500kg of payload you are pritty much maxing out the 3500kg light vehicle GVM weight limit in NZ.

On payload, 500kg is a guess and would make up payload say 4x80kg people, 100kg luggage & 80kg of options / bespoke modifications (and you do want to add heated arm rests, and a champagne fridge between the rear seats right?).

This is an issue for rolls Royce if they want to make a Pure EV version of one of the larger and less aerodynamic cars. Car will weigh more due to being bigger, and will have more drag, requiring a bigger and heavier battery. Unless Rolls does a serious weight-saving program that will not be possible while staying under 3500kg.

Crikey! That's more than my LWB Pajero, which I think of as a heavy, light-vehicle.
