Unfortunately, when I was cleaning my car this afternoon, I managed to knock the radio aerial and snap it off. Annoyingly the screw is still stuck inside of it.

I've tried to unscrew it with pliers, unfortunately it seems to be stuck in there.

Any recommendations of somewhere (or someone) in Welly that could fix it for me? Unfortunately, I don't have the tools or ability to fix this further myself

These tend to undo from underneath. There will be a lock ring on the bottom and then you'll pull it up, bringing the cable up with it.

Go to your dealership parts department and buy a new one, and then take it to any auto electrician.

Get price from the dealer and then go to your auto sparky.

They can usually get a replacement at a much better price than original.
