billgates: Scored the Dewalt for $254 @ Bunnings this morning. Bought 2. It was cheaper to buy 2 packs for the extra battery and charger. Will flick off the skin only drill and impact driver and keep the spare battery and spare charger.

Just a heads up.. went to Bunnings this morning to get them to price beat Mitre 10's price of $299.

Bunnings said their internal system is now showing the new price as $295 now and wouldn't beat it.  I told them the website still shows price as $345, but they didn't honour the deal.  I asked them for a proof of the price so i could use it at Mitre 10. They printed me a "quotation" and said they can call them too to confirm the price is $295.

Went down to Mitre 10, and with a little effort with them doing their checks etc, they honoured their price beat.  I got 2 for $501.50.  There is a limit of 2 per customer.
