Would it be frowned upon for people from outside of Snappers coverage areas to enter? Didn't see anything preventing it in the T&Cs

Snapper have gone mental recently replying to every play store review, I was surprise to see they replied to mine from 2012!

Snapper (full disclosure: I am on a contract with them until early September 2015) is trying hard to get anything related to the mobile app working 100%. They have processes to look at every comment and investigate everything people report.
