Servermania are having a Black Friday sale - cheap dedicated servers (Supermicro). Performance is quite good on their network

Dedicated servers are much cheaper than AWS virtual servers... 8 cores, 16GB RAM, 1TB spinning disk (though it's RAID), 20TB bandwidth is US$2200 on AWS in the USA. Most of that is bandwidth, but even with only 1TB bandwidth is $366. I guess they're counting on people not fully using those resources.
