Got this in an email from JB today; while I've no direct experience with this brand or model, it offers a lot for the money (laser scanning; app-based no-go zones and room divisions etc) - typically paying quite a bit more for these features. (Personally, I'd always look for such features - I love this with our Roborock, eg being able to programme specific parts of the house to be cleaned on certain days.)

Edit - removed the link as I think it's a one-off coupon; happy to forward the email to someone wanting to purchase one, otherwise I imagine it's received by signing up to their emails.

This is to the normal page, showing it full-price: https://www.jbhifi.co.nz/home-appliances/ecovacs/ecovacs-deebot-ozmo900-robotic-vacuum/359520/

$599 is great price for the 900. I have the Deebot 950 and very happy with it.

I am looking for an upgrade to the standard Mi robot vacuum that we have.  It's lasted two years and had been thrashed to death.

Are spare parts (brushes etc) available for this model?

Is the lack of a mopping feature a big deal?  I don't currently have this feature so I don't know how important it is.

I have the coupon so if you lot convince me that this is a good deal then I can race down and buy one.  I like buying things, it's fun.

Apparently it's got a mop so ignore questions related to mopping.

So much for an exclusive, limited use coupon.  It's also listed here at $599, same part number, different sku

Spare parts are easily available for the Deebot specially from Aliexpress or US for cheap. I will not use the mopping feature of the Deebot 950 I think but it's suction power for vaccum and climbing angle ability is top in class. I got the Deebot 950 for $877 from Godfreys after negotiating over the phone first and then racing down to pay for it and pick it up. Best JB HiFi could do was $970 for advertised price of $999.
