It would appear that QV don't have billing set up on their website making digital property reports totally free currently: https://qv.co.nz/

If you've got a low equity home loan, or want to restructure loans with your bank you can use these reports to help you out.

I don't think this covers all types of reports - for example, my parents farm doesn't show as having a report but take advantage of it while you can.
