Bought an iWatch 8 45mm for $715, you can even throw it on a Qcard and get 12 month interest free

Such a good deal I also bought the wife a 41mm for an early birthday present.

If I was spending that much in a watch it would have to be stainless steel. Aluminium would just look like crp after a while on me. And man are those stainless Apple watches expensive!

I suspect they use quite a high grade of stainless steel to make it corrosion resistant to sweat and salt water. I have a series 6 in stainless steel but I think the aluminium ones still look really premium and robust - much better than the plastic materials you get from Garmin at the same price point.

It's worth noting that the aluminium models don't have a sapphire lens, so I would be more concerned about scratching the lens than the main housing.

I am replacing my model 3 that is still in excellent condition.

The M3 is going to one of the kids.

The case of my wife's Apple Watch 3 is fine, the screen however looks like a 6yr took to it with a Dremel.

PB Tech didn’t have the model I wanted locally but was able to purchase it at Noel Leeming at the same price.

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.
