Ah apparently Rosberg had every warning light you can think of, coming on, including serious fuel saving needed. That would explain why he appeared to hang around in the middle. Ok good. This is good.

You didn't watch? here is a summary of Rosbergs issues.
Over the closing stages, and after a period when he was seeing numerous warning lights on his dashboard, Rosberg battled with Red Bull's Max Verstappen for fourth.
An attempt at a pass on the penultimate lap led to Rosberg sliding into the run-off area at the final chicane from which he was fortunate to keep the the car running before his last-lap drama with fuel.
"That [the fuel] was the big problem with Max as I could only launch a couple of attacks, and every time I did he defended very well. I needed to back off again to save fuel," added Rosberg.
"It was massive management, but the whole race was so complicated with a lot of things.
"I had brake warnings on, I got the puncture as well, which probably cost me the podium.
"It was a massive mission to manage everything, and then with Verstappen, it was very much on the limit, but racing.
"I didn't manage to get past him and I tried everything. I had a massive spin in the end, but I managed to get going again, but I was on the limit with fuel.
"So fifth place in the end is a big disappointment because our car was awesome and good enough for the win."

Thats how I se it, a video on formulal1.com shows there is plenty of room, they are side by side, so he pushes him off. Understeer is off course the excuse to use.

Poor sport, arrogant, and a cheat as already stated.
Obviously you have a dislike for the guy, but it's disappointing to see that you're allowing that to cloud your judgement - honestly, I expected a better quality of discussion here :-(
Race Stewards: Not even worth investigating
Nikki Lauda: "It was just a very normal racing incident. There was no one to blame. Lewis drove well."
Toto Wolff: "if you are on the inside you dictate the line."
Christian Horner: "To me it looked hard racing. It didn't look anything untoward."
Gerhard Berger (Nico's contract negotiator): "Lewis just defended his line."

I dont dislike him as a driver, I dislike his childish attitudes. After a win, after a loss. You can add me to the many here and elsewhere that feel the same.
joker97: This is my usual way to watch f1. Watch the start, fall asleep, wake up, watch the end, search the middle to see if i missed anything. For this race replace fall asleep with go to work.
Ha, you're not wrong there.
Start racing.
DRS allows the natural order to resume.
Fuel save.
McLaren catches fire.
Brief moment of will the pit stops create a position change.
Fuel save.
Race last 3 laps but realise you've left it too late to make a pass.
End.

Fuel save, yeah, awesome. They have done so much for fuel saving technology that will move to the road cars (such as the indented pre combustion chamber), why is there a need to save 5kg or 6kg of fuel per car in a race? Hardly a $ saving, and all it does is processionalise the mid race. Keyword: Race

Ok - I'm gonna say "Put up, or shut up" here.
How exactly has he cheated?
I'd really like to discuss specifics, rather than engage in pointless name-calling.
Again, I'd hoped for a better level of engagement from the GZ community.
has martin brundle been dropped or he resigned or something? 2nd week he's not commentating
I think he was still recovering from some form of surgery, I recall reading it that he might be out for a few weeks...
Brundle had surgery or similar which caused missing the last week, this week he was racing a LMP3 support race at Le Mans, (which he got pole on)
that race is over now but i havent seen the results yet
ok thanks. bcos I'm missing out on info from the other commentators who go blank re the rules.
I don't want to say anything about Hamilton the race is not on a Saturday, so let's keep it hushed ...
heh he messed up quite badly, shame as he had the pace but he wasn't in the zone... Blames only himself according to the interviews.
