Interesting stuff online. Max is 3rd highest paid, Horner saying he wants to build the team around Max and so on. Horner thought he was joking
And Max doesn't like Sainz.

Bunch of fluff article that basically hints Hartley is somewhat safer given those around him are moving.
Unfortunately I doing think he is up to it. Gasly isnt either, his two good finishes were trouble free lonely races, he guided it home as any driver would have done. I rate George Russell, and while the juniors are attached to various teams, they can be loaned. he should go to Torro Rosso. Norris is too fluffy, he is like Grosjean on the microphone.
Big week.
Danny Ricc to Renault, Stroll to Force India, Ocon homeless, Gasly to RBR. They say Ocon is too tall for McLaren. Toro Rosso is possibly his only drive.
Interesting race. Ferrari is the new Mercedes. They will win in Monza, and Singapore possibly, there they will be more ahead of Mercedes. Hamilton showed in his interview that he has the second fastest car, understandably downbeat as to Monza. Pity he ruined his recent months of manners by stating that Ferrari have a few trick things going on in that car. Mercedes started out 5 years ago, 2 seconds per lap ahead. Pot and kettle stuff.
Assuming my predictions, Hamilton be 9 ahead after Monza and maybe even after Singapore. Ferrari is more versatile, its faster, more stable. It will probably come down to pressure. If no one cracks, Vettel will win another title. I just heard Davidson talking about Lewis complaining about the speed difference. Crazy.
goes to check recordings ...
Batman: wait ... i missed a race? .... goes to check recordings ...
:-)
Yes, there was a race
No, you didnt miss it, as per (...)
just watched bits of it
1. in Quali kimi was outright untouchable on pole .... and they didn't put enough fuel for him to complete the qualifying. total incompetence. [or sabotage?]
2. nothing to see in the race other than what tdgeek pointed out
Oh and i was most impressed by max

Again, you and your experts are all wrong.

Such a boring race. Once the out of position cars finished their overtaking progression back up the order, it became processional again.
Like many I've followed F1 for years and been to several races, but man I'm kinda struggling to get behind this.
To some degree it's about ensuring there are possibilities to make mistakes with consequences (ie that can be punished for, allowing real skill to be rewarded) and there is a natural (not a fan of DRS) opportunity to position and challenge for an overtake.
I'm not really seeing that environment.
F1 -
20 cars go around the track and at the end of the day LH usually wins
long may that NOT continue but nobody else seems to know how to win
Wrong but I agree with the sentiment. What other sport is there where the player is a small part? Where two items may be close but after 20 seconds the result is 80% known.
Wrong again.

Feel free to say I am wrong but you know more than the experts? You must know more than Hill, Brundle, Hamilton and Toto

How so, Mr Expert?

Batman: The race result is all that matters to me.
I gathered that, you only post here when Hamilton wins. Doesn't matter how, obviously.
