Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (Republican-Georgia) on Wednesday tweeted that she had reported late-night television host Jimmy Kimmel to Capitol Police after a joke he made about her in a monologue.

Greene tweeted a clip of Kimmel making the joke, which ended with the comedian asking “Wow, where is Will Smith when you really need him?,” stating, “This threat of violence against me by @jimmykimmel has been filed with the @CapitolPolice.”

Kimmel made the joke during a monologue this week on his ABC show “Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” criticizing Greene for a tweet in which she called three GOP senators “pro-pedophile.”

Vanity Fair: Ohio Republicans propose their own “don’t say gay” bill, with a side of critical race theory hysteria

Florida’s so-called “Don’t Say Gay” law is seemingly inspiring conservatives across the nation;

Republicans in Ohio introduced a bill Monday that mirrors Florida’s ban on classroom discussion of gender identity and sexual orientation, and to add their own twist, the Ohio bill includes a splash of critical race theory hysteria as well.

The bill would ban Ohio public school teachers from using “any curriculum or instructional materials on sexual orientation or gender identity” in kindergarten through third grade.

It would also prohibit teachers of fourth- to 12th-grade students from discussing “sexual orientation or gender identity in any manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards.”

And shoehorned into this anti-LGBTQ+ bill is a ban on all materials that discuss “critical race theory,” “intersectional theory,” and “inherited racial guilt,” (specifically citing Nikole Hannah-Jones’s 1619 Project for The New York Times) and a catchall clause that would forbid the teaching of any “concept that the state board of education defines as divisive or inherently racist.”

Oops nearly forgot about books on heterosexuality they will have to be banned as well.

oh please let’s not forget The Naked Ape by Desmond Morris or Noddy and Big Ears so called friendship.

They also will have to ban teaching about their treatment of the First Nation inhabitants which in a lot of cases was worse than their treatment of the blacks.

The utter hypocrisy of the Americans defies the very evolution of the sentient race called Homosapian!

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

Politico: State Department: White House gift records for Trump, Pence missing

The State Department says it is unable to compile a complete and accurate accounting of gifts presented to former President Donald Trump and other U.S. officials by foreign governments during Trump’s final year in office, citing missing data from the White House.

In a report to be published in the Federal Register next week, the department says the Executive Office of the President did not submit information about gifts received by Trump and his family from foreign leaders in 2020. It also says the General Services Administration didn’t submit information about gifts given to former Vice President Mike Pence and White House staffers that year.

Fauci; and — using the phrase “Let’s go, Brandon” — President Biden, among others.

I'm embarrassed that he was in the first episode of Silicon Valley - an otherwise great show. Fortunately he never, ever appeared again.

He actually had three songs in the chart here, although I had never heard of his 1999 song "Bawitdaba" until today. I guess ZM in Wellington just didn't see fit to play it at the time...or ever, come to think of it.
