kingdragonfly: Representative Scott Perry obviously never heard of the Streisand effect.
This is the same guy who made these comments to a committee "For many Americans, what seems to be happening, or what they believe right now is happening is — what appears to them is — we’re replacing national-born Americans, native-born Americans, to permanently transform the landscape of this very nation"
This is the Great Replacement, a far-right racist idea that white people are being displaced by elites to put some minority in power - sometimes black people, sometimes Jews, sometimes Muslim, depending on the target of the racist du jour.
The PURE hypocrisy of, some, white Americans is mind boggling. A nation with ONLY a 402 years (approx 20 generations) of WHITE man history and they are now postulating this racist idea that they, themselves, are now being replaced by another ethnicity, when they themselves replaced and displaced their own continents Natives, The Indians. Don't be surprised if you hear these same American racists still using the now disproved racist term Caucasian.
Did not the British commit; genocide, massacres and forced-march relocations of First Nation Natives, The Indians'. Did they not introduce Diseases that wiped out whole tribes, starting from the first ship, The Mayflower. Was it not they, white man, who brought in the African Negro's to work the stolen lands, as slaves and the Asians, for below liveable wages, to build the railways.
Migration and immigration make the sentient beings of this planet strong by diversifying the gene pool. The upper aristocracy of any wealthy nation has proven time and again that breeding on the basis of superiority only weakens the gene pool and makes you idiots.
aka D. J. Trump.
Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.
Should Trump be worried? Ron De Santis has raised a hell of a lot of money.

The NY Times - Opinion - Hence, Mike Pence
18 June 2022 (intro)
WASHINGTON - The fate of a sycophant is never a happy one.
At first, you think that fawning over the boss is a good way to move forward.
But when you are dealing with a narcissist - and narcissists are the ones who like to be surrounded by sycophants - you can never be unctuous enough.
Narcissists are Grand Canyons of need. The more they are flattered, the more their appetite for flattery grows.
That is the hard, almost fatal, lesson Pence learned on Jan. 6, when he finally stood up to Donald Trump after Trump asked for one teensy favor: Help destroy American democracy and all we stand for. ...

JOHN EASTMAN CONSIDERING LAW SCHOOL
WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—John Eastman has announced that he is “seriously considering” going to law school, in what he described as the pursuit of a lifelong dream.
The embattled Eastman said that the idea of applying to law school first occurred to him while being deposed by the January 6th committee.
“As I was taking the Fifth Amendment for the hundredth time, I suddenly realized there must be at least four other amendments, maybe even more.” he said. “That got me wondering what those amendments were.”
Eastman said that attending law school would “be a ton of work” but would probably make him a better lawyer. “Everything I know about law I learned at Trump University, but I, never did finish the course.” he revealed. “Luckily, Donny was there to help me out with an honorary degree."

John Eastman
Hilarious! I'd throw him in jail though just for wearing that stupid hat.

Specifically, in Europe it's either Africans or Muslims, in the US it's blacks and hispanics. Jews aren't doing the replacing, they're the ones planning it all.
It's so nonsensical that even the Nazis were reluctant to use it much. The US far right OTOH has embraced it wholeheartedly.
Republicans could have the upper hand in the midterm elections, although I think gaining 70 seats is a bit of a stretch.

A lot of people in this story have given to Ron, but not to Trump, or donated to the latter but won't be doing so again. Yes, 2024 is still a way away, but could this be a sign of winds of change?
Also, how well would Ron do up against Joe in a general election anyway? I think Republicans are probably leading at the moment, mostly due to inflation woes (which aren't 100% Joe's doing).

Yes. Yes I can.
LOL. You can, I can, everyone can. Except Trump, the loser who just can't win unless he lies, cheats and steals.
