MSNBC: On Monday, after 17 years at CNN, Don Lemon said that the network had fired him. Lemon joined that network after anchoring at NBC Chicago and working as a correspondent for NBC News, the “TODAY” show and “NBC Nightly News.” It was a shocking fall from grace for the star anchor. Lemon had built up a loyal following as one of the few Black and queer anchors in prime-time cable news, but he had recently been accused of a pattern of on-air sexism as well as serious gender-based harassment behind the scenes of his shows. That's actually pretty funny. If real (and it looks quite realistic), it's even more impressive - especially since Kimmel asks him some pretty obvious questions and he just goes ahead and answers everything totally oblivious to how much of a fool he's making of himself. If that is really him though, credit to Lindell for being such a good sport and going along with it.

I don't know who I would find more worrying for the US - President De Santis or President Kennedy (V2.0).

I read a very plausible fiction story once in which an incredible chain of not-impossible circumstances leads to someone being executed for a parking violation. I look forward to a clever writer producing a not-impossible scenario in which George Santos becomes president of the USA.
