Kinda puts Hillary Clinton's email server in perspective.

Trump: "She put America's security at risk by using a private email server while she was Secretary of State."

"Hillary’s emails, many of which are classified, put our country at risk. Very dangerous!"

That painting is quite famous, it was done shortly after Trump was born by a blind impressionist, working entirely by touch. It took them a week to clean up little Donny.

The Fox news host now Secretary of Defense involved in leak.

If Boeing's involved it's probably a good thing that fighters almost never have a boarding door / main entry door.

BAE Systems (UK), which trades on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), is likely pleased at the prospect of Boeing being forced to sell a stripped-down, base-model version of the F-47—resulting in a loss of at least $100 million per unit on missed sales.

America's "Next Generation Air Dominance" decision has been made – Trump announces the selection of the Boeing F-47: Aerospace Global News
...
Trump also noted that certain allies would be offered the opportunity to buy the aircraft, perhaps in a toned down form. “We like to tone them down about 10% which probably makes sense, because someday, maybe they’re not our allies, right?” Trump said.

The President said that the aircraft would have “unprecedented power, the most power of any jet of its kind ever made,” and appeared to say that the aircraft would have a top speed of Mach 2. He said that the aircraft would be equipped with state of the art stealth technologies, which would render it “virtually unseeable.”
...
Little other hard information was revealed (and it was apparent that the President did not fully understand what he was saying), but the aircraft was variously claimed to be: “next level,” that “nothing in the world comes even close to it,” (in terms of speed, manoeuvrability, “what it can have,” and payload). In other words, Trump crowed, it will be: “the most advanced, most capable, most lethal aircraft ever built,” and will: “massively overpowers the capabilities of any other nation.”
...
Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth paid tribute to the President’s “leadership” and “clarity”

The President said that the aircraft would have “unprecedented power, the most power of any jet of its kind ever made,” (Dyson cabin heater) and appeared to say that the aircraft would have a top speed of Mach 2.(Mach, too) He said that the aircraft would be equipped with state of the art stealth technologies, which would render it “virtually unseeable.” (if nobody's looking in that direction

The Daily Beast - Why Signal Leak Shambles Isn’t Even Trump’s F***wits’ Worst Foreign Policy Move So Far

25 March 2025

America has made its fair share of mistakes in its international relations in the post-World War II era - but never has an administration made a choice as bold as the Trump administration’s decision to make omnishambolic, head-up-our-butts dangerous and pernicious clusterf---ery the centerpiece of its foreign policy agenda.

The most recent example of this commitment to disastrous policies from incompetent leaders engaged in defective processes is, of course, the revelations included in The Atlantic’s blockbuster story detailing how the magazine’s editor-in-chief, Jeffrey Goldberg, was somehow added to a group text thread in which the administration’s leadership were sharing top-secret war plans. In an even more shocking twist, the White House actually acknowledged that what he wrote was true. ...

The stupidity and recklessness that had to be behind coordinating highest-level policy on a platform like Signal (which is not approved for sensitive or classified government communications) and, apparently, on personal cellphones, reaches world record levels.

It is easy to make fun of, but is, of course, no laughing matter. As one former high-ranking top military official said to me: “Hire clowns, expect a circus. And frankly, I’ve never seen a screwup on this level before. In normal times, they all should go.”

This incident is appalling in its own right - but it hardly is the administration’s biggest foreign policy blunder. Rather, it is emblematic of a dangerous pattern.

Indeed, if doing damage to America’s national security interests is not the primary goal of the Trump team (and I’m not sure it’s not), it is certainly a clear consequence of many of their actions.

In just the past two months, we have seen them systematically undermine virtually every major U.S. foreign policy goal stretching back decades. ...

Re, the security SNAFU, I looked at the Senate grilling of the CIA and Intelligence bosses. Talk about circling round the block and the 'I can't recalls". Why do they think these people should be in power if their memories are that bad?

Well said "The Daily Beast".

Its like those videos of SovCits at a traffic stop.
I'm not sharing 'top secret' information , I'm travelling.
It's not a 'war plan, its my 'conveyance'.
I'm not resisting, I'm not resisting, I'm not resisting ...

GOP is in control, won't censure them, and taking lead from MAGA, just lie.

Trump does not care as he can simply say it did not happen.
As everything he says is a lie, its just more easy lies.
Now his minions are in so deep they certaily need more favours from him, so more loyal.

Elon Musk is super happy, distracts from his dismantling of Medicare, Social Welfare etc.

Under Trump driving your Tesla into protestors is aggravated assault. Typically falls under state jurisdiction, with the county sheriff's office handling the arrest and prosecution. Maximum sentence: a few years in prison

Setting several CyberTrucks on fire at a dealership at night is domestic terrorism: Falls under federal jurisdiction, with the FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) leading investigations, Maximum sentence: life in prison and even the death penalty.

The justification for the extreme different response: it affect government conduct by mass destruction. I know EV fires are bad, but not that bad.

Another example of creative justice by MAGA, and the difference between how groups like the Proud Boys and Tesla protestors get treated under Trump's gaze.

The following article refers to the recent inappropriate use of emojis by Trump's national security team ...

The Washington Post - It's a ### week for Trump’s ### national security team   (free shared link)

today

Since the Atlantic story broke, the reactions by the officials involved indicate they do not quite grasp how serious their lapse in judgment was.

So, perhaps it would help to illustrate the situation for them in terms familiar to them.
