MikeB4: Sanctions need to be imposed on the US until they stop the separation of children from their families.

I feel over time that will happen. Whether they are legal sanctions or other countries walking away. other countries are voicing concerns rather then keeping them to themselves, more and more. Surely there must be an international law with those kids that is being broken? I cant believe that its so blatant, he changed the rules, thats a 100% fact. The globe needs to walk away. Unfortunately with trade, nations cant just re align and buy more products elsewhere, its not that simple, but they need to come together and trade together as much as is possible. Asia, they need to finish the NK peace issues without the US, the US does not own Asia. If NK plays ball, the US isnt needed. These days the power the US has is more by name, and history. They are not needed as big brother for everyone.

This kids issue needs to go to an international court, its a humanity issue.

US Government footage of one of the detention buildings for children of illegal immigrants showed nice beds in dormitories, kids watching sport on tv, a pool table, kids eating pretty nice meals, and a big poster which was meant to be uplifting. I managed to spot a spelling error they had spelled achieve as 'ACHIVE'. This was a big poster prob. 1.5 m high and a metre wide & printed. The detention centres are being run by private companies sometimes in buildings previously used for large retailers.

Now if this was just news coverage by CNN or FOX you might say oh well a spelling error so what, but in footage filmed and released by the US Govt. it's another big screw up.

Not funny that right-wing conspiracy theorists spent the whole Obama administration saying he was going to push martial law and use internment camps. Skip to Trump and the right-wing, religious extremist, dumb nuts are the ones actually running child internment camps.

And Trump lies, saying this is on the Democrats. Liars and crooks.

This sounds like a 1941 Nazi propaganda newsreel showing happy Jewish families "resettled" under idyllic conditions in a "model" camp-ghetto in Bohemia. (Theresienstadt)

And before you ask, yes, I have seen this newsreel myself - not something that you would easily forget .

Immigrant children: what a doctor saw.

Terrible and cruel. I think it is the type of policy that might weaken support for Trump even in his base. Right now I bet there are arguments going on in families that voted 100% for Trump. Starting to hurt kids emotionally like this is a gift to his opponents. Would be totally different if whole families were kept together & footage showed families in comfortable dormitory rooms, eating reasonable food, playing games, tv, and so on. I honestly don't get why he is letting this happen.

Because they deserve it [in his mind, just so nobody thinks that's what *I* believe].

People keep giving Trump way too much credit. Every time he goes off script he rambles incoherently, as evidenced by his chaotic press conference in Singapore. His brain is like scrambled eggs. He can barely hold a single thought. He is an idiot without his managers and he lets things happen because he simply can't think straight, even when it is in his own interest. There are no hidden depths to Trump. He is an accident of history who got lucky.

I believe ( and I absolutely not a conspiracy theorist)Trump is a puppet, one day the puppet master will be revealed. If Trump loses the next election the puppet master will be revealed and the US will be plunged into a constitutional crisis.

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

Maybe there won't be a next election. So far the takeover is proceeding nicely.

Chairman Kim's oral language is much better than Trump's. The person doing the translation would not dare to change meaning or grammar.

Stephan Miller, who appears to be responsible for this policy and got Trump to enforce it, is a very interesting character:

A man of Jewish descent who is enforcing Nazi-era policies! You can see the hate in his eyes. I've seen him twice on TV now and his arrogance for a 32 year old is scary.

I don't support CNN US as a prime example of unbiased news coverage. Jake Tapper is the type of Lib that you just want to punch. BUT, I would stand behind Tapper any day when compared to that awful Miller. Can you imagine this POS as a father? Watch his body twitching. I am convinced he is possessed!
