The answer lies in the November election:

If Trump wins in November, then it's all over. ![]()
Sideface
Why do so many Americans feel such a strong hatred toward illegal immigrants?
I think if many people could put themselves in the place of the average American (LIVING IN AMERICA) and ask this same question, THIS THREAD might be quite different.
It's so great to be on an island of beneficiaries?

It's all over already. Handed over on a silver platter ...…. by the internet warriors.

Yeah... all that gaslighting and manufactured scandals...![]()

I don't think so.
I think that - no - I know that the majority of people surveyed who identify as Republicans consider the level of illegal immigration to be "a concern", and slightly less than a majority of Democrats share that view, but I've never heard anybody say that they "hate" illegal immigrants. They hated Bin Laden's chaps, and hate MS13 - but they aren't or weren't illegals.
In my opinion - if Trump survives Mueller - then the thing which will take him down will be state of the US economy. People do hate a failing economy.

I'm not going to argue the point with you apart from suggesting you read some of the border newspapers. I predict Trump will sadly GET A SECOND TERM.
The Trump administration changed its story on family separation no fewer than 14 times before ending the policy
First it was a deterrent. Then it wasn’t. It was a new Justice Department policy. Then it wasn’t. The administration was simply following the law. Then it said separations weren’t required by law. It could not be reversed by executive order. Then it was.
Plesse igmore amd axxept applogies in adbance fir anu typos

Do you actually read Texas newspapers?

Trump said in his Monday tweet. "I always had a rule, if a restaurant is dirty on the outside, it is dirty on the inside!"
I think we might have to agree with him on that one!

He's "out Fox-ed" himself on that one - can't claim it's fake news:
It is unclear where the president got his information regarding the cleanliness of the Red Hen, which is located approximately 200 miles from the White House. But Trump certainly has experience with restaurants falling short of prescribed hygiene standards.
According to a 2017 Fox News report, the president’s Mar-a-Lago resort was cited for 78 health-code violations in three years, including dirty cutting boards, chefs preparing food without washing their hands, and an “accumulation of ‘black/green mold-like substance’ in the ice machine.”
The resort was slammed with 13 health-code violations in January 2017, several of which were classified as “high priority” violations, such as improperly refrigerated meat, and serving unsafe seafood.
