Donald Trump’s mental health becomes an issue again | CNN Politics

Just search "Trump mental health" and its become an actual issue finally. I do wonder though, will he somehow avoid a Psych evaluation..... Cognition is not the only problem.

What source did Bob Woodward have to know Don had sent Puts these scarce and vitally needed at the time, Covid tests?

This would have sunk any normal candidates campaign, what more does it take for moderate republicans to stop supporting this train wreck?

https://time.com/7074194/kremlin-trump-putin-covid-test-bob-woodward-book/

We have pressure on Trump to release his medical records, which he said he would do, but no reply since Harris released her. again, this would sink any other candidate. Harris needs to be pressing for mental health and fitness testing,

Im seeing some positives out there for Harris regardless of the polls. She would probably win with Bidens record 81M, but I think ideally given Biden had more a wider % support, she would want a turnout even biigger than Bidens. If the turnout they will win, polls dont account for voter turnout.

Trump, Vance, MAGA, GOP, are normalizing election denial and Trumps demand of Pence to not certify an election.
The interviews where Vance refuses to acknowledge Trumps loss, and that Pence did the right thing.

Should all else fail in interference with voting, counting, and state certifications, competing teams of electors.

The final plan may be to give Mike Johnson a rationale as the Neo-Moses,
to hear God telling him to not certify the result of the official electors, and replace them with 'alternative' electors.

Cheney doubts Johnson will carry out ‘constitutional obligations’ to certify election

Evangelicals love a dictator to bring about the end of times earlier.
All this waiting for rapture seems they want USA to be Jonestown.

Luckily Trump is not (currently) the president, and even when he was, the generals neither respected or trusted him.

Trump suggests using military against ‘enemy from within’ on Election Day: CNN

Former President Donald Trump suggested using the military to handle what he called “the enemy from within” on Election Day, saying that he isn’t worried about chaos from his supporters or foreign actors, but instead from “radical left lunatics.”

“I think the bigger problem are the people from within. We have some very bad people. We have some sick people. Radical left lunatics,” Trump said told Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo in an interview on “Sunday Morning Futures.”

“I think it should be very easily handled by, if necessary, by National Guard, or if really necessary, by the military, because they can’t let that happen,” he added.

The former president, whose supporters stormed the US Capitol on January 6, 2021, in an attempt to thwart Congress’ certification of his 2020 election loss, downplayed any threat from his voters.

“No, I don’t think — not from the side that votes for Trump,” the former president said when Bartiromo asked whether he was expecting chaos on Election Day. When she alluded to the Justice Department arresting and charging an Afghan national for allegedly plotting a terrorist attack in the US on Election Day and cited the threat of “outside agitators” and undocumented immigrants, Trump pivoted to talking about political opponents on the left.

“I think the bigger problem is the enemy from within, not even the people that have come in and destroying our country, by the way, totally destroying our country, the towns, the villages, they’re being inundated,” he said, referring to immigrants whom Trump has repeatedly attacked with dehumanizing rhetoric.

Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign seized on Trump’s comments, arguing that they should “alarm every American.”

A Frustrated Trump Lashes Out Behind Closed Doors Over Money: New York Times
...
Some politicians might have taken the moment to be charming and ingratiating with the donors.

Not Mr. Trump. Over steak and baked potatoes, the former president tore through a bitter list of grievances.

He made it clear that people, including donors, needed to do more, appreciate him more and help him more.

He disparaged Vice President Kamala Harris as “retarded.” He complained about the number of Jews still backing Ms. Harris, saying they needed their heads examined for not supporting him despite everything he had done for the state of Israel.

At one point, Mr. Trump seemed to suggest that these donors had plenty to be grateful to him for. He boasted about how great he had been for their taxes, something that some privately noted wasn’t true for everyone in the room.

The rant, described by seven people with knowledge of the meal who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss private conversations, underscored a reality three weeks before Election Day: Mr. Trump’s often cantankerous mood in the final stretch. And one of the reasons for his frustration is money. He’s trailing his Democratic rival in the race for cash and has had to hustle to keep raising it.

Not only does Ms. Harris have far more money to buy ads and pay for staff after raising $1 billion in less than three months as a candidate — a sum greater than the total Mr. Trump raised all year — but she has also been freed from having to plead directly to donors anymore. She raised more than twice as much as Mr. Trump in July, August and September.

Trump not right enough for right wing Sov-Cits?
Clearing the way for J.D. Vance?
Just stirred up by Trumps own rhetoric about assassination's, and when you think of it, maybe...?
Fame?

"I'm just travelling with my right to bear arms."

Armed man arrested near Trump’s California rally was plotting to kill him, police say
Suspect, with guns and false VIP passes, apprehended by authorities about half-mile from entrance to Coachella rally
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2024/oct/13/las-vegas-man-arrested-trump-assassination-attempt-coachella-california

""
The suspect, identified as Vem Miller, was intercepted by police at a checkpoint about a half-mile from an entrance to the rally in Coachella Valley, California, soon before the rally began, police said Sunday.

“We probably stopped another assassination attempt,” Riverside county sheriff Chad Bianco said, adding that Miller was plotting to kill Trump.

Police said Miller was carrying a loaded shotgun, handgun and high-capacity magazine and is believed to be a member of a rightwing anti-government organization.

He holds a UCLA master’s degree, and in 2022 ran for Nevada state assembly. Bianco said Miller considers himself a so-called sovereign citizen, a group of people who do not believe they are subject to any government statutes unless they consent to them.

TeaLeaf: What source did Bob Woodward have to know Don had sent Puts these scarce and vitally needed at the time, Covid tests?

That question is no longer important.

The information was confirmed by official spokesperson Dmitri Peskov a few days ago:

CNN: Russia has confirmed that Donald Trump sent the Kremlin sample Covid-19 tests in the early days of the pandemic, after revelations in veteran journalist Bob Woodward’s new book raised further questions about the former US president’s relationship with Russian leader Vladimir Putin. The Trump administration “sent us several samples of test kits,” Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Thursday, broadly supporting Woodward’s claim.

Which is quite funny given it was said Puts didnt want Donald to get in trouble :-)

I was just curious if Bob had named a source, but either way this should also be alarming fot voters surely.

The  Don vs Jews comment is really uncouth. If I were one of his Jewish supporters I would drop him simply for his comments in regards to those not supporting him.

Now Im seeing there were Eugenics type comments in an interview with the NYT.

So much that any single one would sink a normal candidate is just being left off blast. I just hope something real dynamite comes out and the media jumps on it.

He seems to be getting more unhinged and anxious closer the day comes, but hes only speaking to this base with off the wall comments.

Meanwhile Harris has Walz, Shapiro, Jill, Joe Biden, Pres Obama, Bill Clinton all out campaigning for her.

I find it somewhat telling that "Wesley Johnson" has leapt straight to conspiracy, discounting incompetence.

Steven Cheung is was an American political advisor serving as Trump's campaign spokesman.

He's a foul-mouthed, low class, unsophisticated liar without morals who enjoys tossing juvenile insults and making threats.

and so is Cheung 😊

With just 25 days till election, it looks Trump's blaming Cheung for his lousy campaign and fundraising, changing horses mid-stream.

Trump campaign gets a new communications chief: Axios

Donald Trump's campaign quietly has changed a key part of its messaging operation, tapping Trump 2020 veteran Tim Murtaugh to lead its communications in the final month before the election, Axios has learned.

Why it matters: The move reflects the campaign leadership's desire for better coordination of its messaging at a time when Trump has been talking more about policy — while still launching into rambling attacks on Vice President Harris and other Democrats.

I didn't see a line in that article about him being given the boot? (although I agree it's a great idea, he lies as much as Dear Leader does).

Also - I had to laugh out loud when I saw some moron on Instagram describing Harris at her rallies as talking in "a word salad"...I guess they must have missed this little gem, courtesy of the orange buffoon:

And the gap is closing. If you'd ask me to put money on which of the two the polls are undercounting, I'd say Trump, but to what extent (and whether that makes up for women voters that he's alienated) I couldn't say.

There's a very real chance that he'll win this - I'd say it's possibly evens or better at this point.
