Is this class justice? I'm always reluctant to try to second-guess court rulings but on the surface this sure seems to me like different rules for the rich. According to the article he wasn't just importing cannabis, which I think would warrant leniency, but cocaine and meth, even if it was 'small amounts'. Also, according to the article, this is not a lost kid still trying to find his way in the world, but a 51 year-old adult. It sure smells like justice for dollars to me.
