Is anyone else experiencing poor speed with Voyager this morning?

Their status page shows no indications of any problems, but I am getting a rather pathetic 30-80Mbs^-1 on Speedtest downloads and YouTube is buffering constantly. I've confirmed all of the ports are running at gigabit speed.

Ordinarily I wouldn't worry and just assume the issue would be fixed soon, but I've been uploading continuously with high CPU load on my router for over a week now. Doesn't seem excessively hot, but I'd rather rule out a local issue without having to switch everything over to the backup.
