Anyone recently installed ConcreteCMS 9.4.3 succesfully on 1stdomains-Voyager?

I must be doing something wrong... as I can't get a successful install.

I am using a simple basic setup to httpdocs on 1stdomains Plesk and with a new database.

Trying to complete the install of a new empty website using Chrome gets thru the database setup and fails to find a folder and exits.

I don't want to have to use composer for setup.
