Great thanks. I have just come across a most ironic situation regarding Kiwibank policy on a home loan for a residential build in Canterbury. Finance is all pre approved with a "subject to insurance acceptable to kiwibank" I have an offer of insurance that is acceptable to the other banks that I have contacted but oddly not to kiwibank. I don't think it's a good look for assisting or NOT in this case the rebuild of canterbury!! I wanted to stir things up a bit by pointing out this ironic situation to the most appropriate MP. It's not going to change my situation and I have an easy solution...use a different bank!
