I'm looking for info on IP Eftpos terminals that have big roll of cheap paper.
Currently a barrier in our local dairy to moving to IP only is the cost of the paper.
I'm told that many of the newer terminals use a small roll of paper which is three times the cost of the rolls in their current dial up version and less than half the size.
The problem for the dairy is that they sell a lot of mobile top ups (which they only make $0.40c commissions on) so giving out 25cm of paper is just to expensive.
I'm also told that paper costs are actually a barrier to selling top ups with some dairies in my area not selling top ups at all.
They also don't like having to change the roll twice a day.
So I'm keen to hear anything you can say about what terminals these guys should be looking at, what they cost and what the paper costs.
If this is your business or you're a vendor and would pref to contact me off list then please feel free to use the email button.
If you're a user and would pref to not put your experiences in public then off list would be great.
I'm keen to understand the ToC, up front costs and all the obvious stuff.
