They are a regular phishing item. Certainly not new. Junk box is full of them. Mark as junk/spam if it's not already picked up as such.

I got something like that from them the other day, was in with my bank statement. Said they could offer me a better home loan interest rate, but when I contacted them they could not ... TOTAL SCAM! (sic) ...
