Anyone else having problems logging on to Westpac internet banking.
Tried three times using Westpac One, 99.9% sure with the right credentials until it locked me out.
Self-service reset times out when it's trying to retrieve my challenge question?
Went to phone them, get engaged tone when I  try to go through to the C/Card option on the IVR.
Tried once more to log on using their 'original' internet banking(I'm still trying to figure out why thy're running two platforms). Takes forever to eventually return a logon attempt unsuccessful message.
Tried both Chrome and FF

Broken for me too and locked out as hit three attempts. Phone banking gets message about very high call volumes.

I rang about 20mins ago, and was told should be up in 2 hours or so :/
I was doing groceries and had to hand all my groceries to the staff, felt like an egg!

Can't find any news from Westpac but people are mentioning it on their FB page.

Thanks all.  Hope their techs have returned from holiday.
It might hit the news sites soon if people can't make payments in the shop.

Appears to be up and running again.  At least the Westpac One site is.
