Last week added cash to my Wise account and it went through reasonably fast within hours. Today Saturday I added cash via bank in the morning and it still hasn’t shown up. Is this usual on weekends with Wise, as getting a bit low.

Its been great using it, until this happened I thought it was super efficient.

We have had delays over NZ weekends as well. Should come through early Monday.

I transferred to Wise from ASB. They should let customers know if not doing transfers during a weekend. $120 isn’t going to get us very far. Luckily I have another option but was enjoying the convenience and clarity of Wise and how purchases showed up immediately.

The first time we loaded cash on to our card, NZ to CAD it went in the next day however when we added US last week it took nearly five days to show. Both amounts were done via bank transfer. We were getting worried to be honest but as two of those days were our weekend we decided to wait an extra day before taking it further.

Five days is a long time to wait, it must have been quite nerve racking. I’m annoyed as going out with family for lunch tomorrow and wanted to treat them. They are choosing the venue so hope it takes credit cards.

I think you can load instantly via credit card to Wise if that helps.
